After graduating in Political Science and pursuing diplomatic service studies, he started his career in Maranello in the first half of ’90’s, becoming Public Relations manager for Ferrari, then Marketing manager for the Formula 1 Team, Strategic Marketing manager for Ferrari and Maserati and finally Repositioning Project leader for Maserati.

He spent several years working in the telecommunications industry as Communications and Promotion manager at Marconi and member of the Strategic Planning Team. He later dedicated himself to management consulting, developing projects for some of the best Italian and foreign companies as Senior Consultant of Ambrosetti, Italian leader in industry.and today with his own firm, Fair Play. He writes articles on economics and businesses for Italian top newspapers and magazines.

Founder and president of Fair Play Consulting, he continues his activity as a management consultant. Previously Professor of Marketing and Innovation Management at the University of Ferrara, then Professor of Strategy at the faculty of Economics of the University of Padua, now he’sProfessor of Marketing at the faculty of Statistical Sciences.

He writes articles on economics and business for top Italian newspapers and magazines. Francesco also served as non executive Chairman of Caffeina, one of the most important Italian digital marketing agencies.
